Wedding Anniversary結婚記念日

Although yesterday was a day of "good husband and wife" on November 22, in fact, this day was our 3rd wedding anniversary. Since it turned out on the day that my going home is slow, we had promised to relax to eat lunch gorgeously on the 23rd.
The performed store is the store of soy milk skin and tofu "the flower of a plum" in the Granduo (JR Tachikawa Station building). Since neither soy milk skin nor tofu is the strong materials of the taste from the first, in order to make it eat by seasoning centering on Dashi (Dashi means Broth carried out based on a bonito and/or shiitake mushroom), each is made to feel a craftsman's skill.
Recently, since we seldom eat meat, such meals match the body. Since we had not had a meal busy very much together recently, either, it was really good that the meal was ready over many hours (about 1 hour) slowly.

I also regard you as good to carry out such a meal.

Since kaiseki cuisine uses a vessel in large quantities, the backroom person will be serious -- I have thought ? just for a moment.

　昨日は１１月２２日で”いい夫婦”の日でしたが、実はこの日が私たち夫婦の３回目の結婚記念日でした。帰宅が遅いことが分かっていたので、２３日にランチを豪華に食べにいこうと約束してました。
　行ったお店は立川のグランデュオにある”梅の花”という湯葉と豆腐のお店です。湯葉や豆腐は元々味の強い素材ではないので、だしを中心とした味付けで食べさせてくれるため、どれも職人のワザを感じさせてくれます。
　最近は夫婦共々あまりお肉を食べないので、こういった食事が体にマッチしているんですよね。お互いに忙しくなかなか一緒に食事をすることもできていなかったので、１時間程度ゆっくり時間をかけて食事ができたのは本当に良かったです。
　みなさんもたまにはこういった食事もいいですよ～。おすすめです！

「食事中に考えてしまったこと」

　懐石料理は器を大量に使うので裏方さんは大変だろうなぁ～とちょっと思ってしまいました。
自分でも料理をするので、ついつい洗い物が多くなるのが・・・って考えちゃうんですよね(^^;

そうそう、今日の１枚は結婚式を挙げたオーストラリア、ケアンズのホテルからの風景です。空が綺麗だったことが印象に残っていますね～。

My favorite music recently! 最近聞いている曲

　It reached to an extreme of busyness last week, and there was no time which is writing blog. When there is no margin in a feeling, will the feeling which writes a text also be lost? Although the good day of the weather continues, a rest is taken at home weekends(ToT).
　It is the music of "ASIA" which is being listened to in such a sick person state recently. Especially, it is during a power play about three music, "Only time will tell", "The smlie has left your eyes", and "Wildest dreams"! It is only music with the high completeness in which oldness is not already given even if it hears it now although it is the music of 20 years over ago. "ASIA" fired hit songs, such as "Don't cry" and "Heat of the moment", with the rock band formed at the beginning of 80's. Incidentally "ASIA" reads with "EIJIA." Since you can view and listen to a sample if it goes to a link place, please hear it once. Since the Overseas music of 80's is often used for CM, the music of this neighborhood will also come to be used unexpectedly, and it is?

　At the end, the photograph of beautiful evening glow is carried. Light of the setting sun was strengthened by the retouch. Then, the impression was strengthened.

　先週は多忙を極め、blogを書いている時間が全くありませんでした。気持ちに余裕が無いときは文章を書く気持ちも無くなってしまいますね。折角、天気の良い日が続いているのに、週末はほとんど家で休養してます (ToT)
　そんな病人状態の中で、最近聞いているのが"ASIA"の曲です。特に、"Only time will tell","The smlie has left your eyes","Wildest dreams"の３曲をパワープレイ中！もう、２０年も前の曲なのですが、今聞いても古さを感じさせない完成度の高い曲ばかりです。"ASIA"は８０年初頭に結成されたロックバンドで"Don't cry","Heat of the moment"などヒット曲を連発しました。ちなみに”ASIA”は”エイジア”と読みます。

　最近はCMに80'sの洋楽がよく使われているので、意外にこの辺りの曲も使われるようになるんでしょうかね～

最後に、綺麗な夕焼けの写真を載せておきます。レタッチで夕日の光を強めにして印象強くしてみました。どうですかね？

I'm sorry today's blog is obly Janapese part2!お酒バトンでし。

お酒バトンを犬笠銀次郎さんから受け取りました。あんまり飲まないのですが、書いてみます。

1.　今、冷蔵庫に入っているお酒の容量は？

ピルスナーウルケル（チェコ）の瓶３３０ｍｌのみです。この前、）、ハイネケン（オランダ）と一緒に買ってきたビールです。まだ飲んだことがありません。楽しみ！楽しみ！
・・・なんて書いていますが、普段はビールをたまーに飲む程度で、その他のお酒を家で飲むことはありません。

2.　好きな銘柄は？

自分で買って飲むのは輸入ビールが多いです。
フォスターズ（オーストラリア）、ハイネケン（オランダ）、ベックス（ドイツ）あたりがお気に入り。少ない量で十分なので、逆に贅沢なビールを飲んで味を覚えようとしています。話しのネタにもなるし・・・。
飲ませてもらって美味しかった日本酒は十四代（山形）。
今までの日本酒のイメージを変えてしまうほどのインパクトがありました。”辛口でも甘口でもなく旨口”と評論されていたことを実感できましたね。

3.　最近最後に飲んだ店は？

先週、近くの和風居酒屋です。会社の同僚１８人とわいわいがやがや飲みました。
その前にビールをたらふく飲んでいたので、ここでは日本酒１合のみ（銘柄忘れました）。
最年長が自分であることが発覚して、自分が確実におやじ化していることを自覚してしまった・・・。

4.　よく飲む、もしくは思い入れのある5杯（順不同）

【獺祭（山口）】
だっさいと読みます。日本酒です。
中古のマンションを買って、リフォームした際にお世話になった工務店の社長さんが好きという話しを聞いて、リフォームが完成した際にお礼に送った品です。棟梁や建築士の方にも同じモノをお送りしたのですが、皆さんから感謝されて、送ったこちらも嬉しくなった記憶があります。
ただし、残念ながら飲んだことがありません。今度飲んでみようと思っています。

【ドイツに行った時に飲んだ地ビール】←リンクはドイツビール紀行のHPです。
今までで一番美味しく感じたビールでしたね。街ごとに銘柄が異なっていたのですが、どの地域のものも芳醇な麦の香りがするのですが、すっきりした味わいで好みでした。ヘレス、ヴァイツェン、ピルスナー、ボックビール他、種類が豊富な上に安い！ジュースやミネラル水より安いんですから・・・
重ささえ気にしなければ、お土産に１ダース持って帰りたい気分でした。※瓶入りなので絶対にムリ！結局３本だけ持ち帰りました(;_;)

【フォスターズラガー ビール】
結婚式をオーストラリアで挙げた時に、行き飛行機の中で飲んでからファンに！VBやXXXXも飲んでみたのですが、やっぱりフォスターズに戻ってしまいました。さっぱりとしていて、苦みが少なく、ちょっと甘みが感じられる味です。

この２つのビール、同時に飲んだらきっと全く異なる種類のビールなのですが、前者は冬の寒い時期に、後者は夏の暑い時期に現地で飲んだので、そのときの気候で体が要求している味が違っていたのかな～なんて思っています。

実はどちらも日本に帰ってきて飲んでみると、現地での感動に比べインパクトが薄かったりするんですよね～

地ビールはその場所で飲むから良いのかもしれませんね。

さて、次のバトン相手はどうしますかね～

The beginning of autumn leaves紅葉の始まり

Although it was fine, the mountain could require the haze and the autumn leaves was not visible from my home yesterday. but They had started near my home!
The top is a photograph on yesterday morning and the bottom is a photograph of one week ago. Although it's not the photograph from the same position at all, does it turn out that autumn leaves have not started last week?

　昨日は天気が良かったのですが、山の方は霞がかかってよく見えませんでした。でもでも、ウチの近くでは紅葉が始まっていました！　上が昨日の朝の写真、下が１週間前の写真です。全く同じ位置からの写真になっていませんが、先週は紅葉が始まっていないことが分かりますよね？　もっと北の地域はすでに真っ赤になっているのかな～みなさんのところはどうですか？

今日の写真は、この夏、横田基地の友好祭に行ってきたときのものです。横田基地に一般の人が入れるのは年１回のこの時だけです。しかし、広い！広すぎます！写真からも広いことが伝わるでしょうか？また、下の写真はここが日本では無いと思わせる注意文です。昭和２７年と記述されていることから、この基地が戦後まもなくから使用されていたことを示しています。
飛行機好きの方はぜひ来年の友好祭に行ってみてください。
開催時期は一定ではないので、６月くらいから”横田基地”、”友好祭”で検索してみてください。
