Wedding Anniversary
結婚記念日



Although yesterday was a day of "good husband and wife" on November 22, in fact, this day was our 3rd wedding anniversary. Since it turned out on the day that my going home is slow, we had promised to relax to eat lunch gorgeously on the 23rd.
The performed store is the store of soy milk skin and tofu "the flower of a plum" in the Granduo (JR Tachikawa Station building). Since neither soy milk skin nor tofu is the strong materials of the taste from the first, in order to make it eat by seasoning centering on Dashi (Dashi means Broth carried out based on a bonito and/or shiitake mushroom), each is made to feel a craftsman's skill.
Recently, since we seldom eat meat, such meals match the body. Since we had not had a meal busy very much together recently, either, it was really good that the meal was ready over many hours (about 1 hour) slowly.

I also regard you as good to carry out such a meal.

Since kaiseki cuisine uses a vessel in large quantities, the backroom person will be serious -- I have thought ? just for a moment.
Since he also cooks, that washings increase in number just will consider ... (^^;

By the way, today's photograph is the scenery from the hotel in Cairns(Australia) and which held the marriage ceremony. Is it impressive that empty was beautiful?


 昨日は11月22日で”いい夫婦”の日でしたが、実はこの日が私たち夫婦の3回目の結婚記念日でした。帰宅が遅いことが分かっていたので、23日にランチを豪華に食べにいこうと約束してました。
 行ったお店は立川のグランデュオにある”梅の花”という湯葉と豆腐のお店です。湯葉や豆腐は元々味の強い素材ではないので、だしを中心とした味付けで食べさせてくれるため、どれも職人のワザを感じさせてくれます。
 最近は夫婦共々あまりお肉を食べないので、こういった食事が体にマッチしているんですよね。お互いに忙しくなかなか一緒に食事をすることもできていなかったので、1時間程度ゆっくり時間をかけて食事ができたのは本当に良かったです。
 みなさんもたまにはこういった食事もいいですよ~。おすすめです!

P.S.

「食事中に考えてしまったこと」

 懐石料理は器を大量に使うので裏方さんは大変だろうなぁ~とちょっと思ってしまいました。
自分でも料理をするので、ついつい洗い物が多くなるのが・・・って考えちゃうんですよね(^^;

そうそう、今日の1枚は結婚式を挙げたオーストラリア、ケアンズのホテルからの風景です。空が綺麗だったことが印象に残っていますね~。
